Our study concerns a duplex apartment spanning two levels, with a total area of 183.64 sq.m.,offering spacious and bright spaces focused on contemporary and everyday comfort.
On the ground floor, covering 105.82 sq.m., a large open-plan area has been designed, including the living room, kitchen, and dining area, as well as two bedrooms that provide privacy and comfort.
Similarly, on the first floor, with an area of 77.82 sq.m., there are two additional bedrooms and a home office, emphasizing brightness, comfort, and aesthetic harmony.
The architectural style, large glass surfaces, and layout highlight this modern and functional approach. Additionally, a distinctive feature is the “bridge” (walkway), which crosses the entire living room from above and connects part of the upper level to an extra balcony, representing a significant element of the overall aesthetic enhancement of the residence.
